The entire team at Kemp & Co have been wonderful throughout the entire selling process for us. From the very first phone call great advice and reassurance was given. I used Kemps to sell my late parents house at distance. Peter Kemp knows the area better than most and was very helpful in his advice. The office dealt with all the viewings making it easy for me in a practical sense and didn’t grumble at the large number of viewings. I was pleased that they would give their opinions (when asked) as you don’t always see things as the buyer might of course. I am happy to recommend for anyone with my scenario.

Peter Kemp and his staff are to be recommended without reservation - especially in the savile park area of halifax. Peter wasted no time with unnecessary data-gathering paperwork when I asked if he could show me a few places, he drove me to see a handful of places without fuss - of which I ultimately bought one. Later when I needed to sell, Peter's team surprised with how quickly they found a buyer. They know the area and they are known as the go-to property agent in savile park and skircoat. They are polite and thorough and patient with my questions - I especially appreciated that they explained how property chains work, which is something I hadn't understood.

I cannot stress enough how utterly appalling my experience with Kemp & Co has been. From start to finish, their service was a complete disgrace. On multiple occasions, I was left sitting around on Saturdays waiting for viewings that had been cancelled without my knowledge. It's simply unacceptable to waste people's time like that, especially when it involves valuable weekend hours. When I raised this issue, their response was a nonchalant shrug and a statement about their "company policy" of only sending email notifications. No apology, no attempt to make amends, just a complete disregard for my situation. The receptionist was incredibly rude and arrogant, displaying a shocking lack of professionalism. It's clear that customer service is not a priority for this company. The photos they took of my property were subpar, to say the least. I honestly could have done a better job myself with my smartphone. Following up on viewings? Forget about it! I never received any feedback whatsoever, and the only time they bothered to contact me was to confirm a viewing (which, as mentioned, may or may not have actually happened). To top it all off, the salesperson I dealt with was unprofessional and, frankly, quite smelly. It was incredibly off-putting and made the entire experience even more unpleasant. Kemp & Co is an absolute disgrace to family-run businesses. Their lack of communication, unprofessionalism, and complete disregard for their customers is shocking. Avoid them at all costs!

We do not agree with the comments made and anybody dealing with us would understand that are staff are professional polite and endeavour to help and assist wherever possible We invented the call back system to ascertain whether or not a prospective purchaser would be interested in buying a property and thereafter to give feedback to our clients.
