Moving house is not an easy decision to make but after speaking to Sarah it was definitely the right decision to sell with leapfrog, everything was explained and seemed so simple and easy! I also purchased through leapfrog, and having Sarah deal with everything seemed perfect. Well I’m so glad it was with Sarah, as it wasn’t the easiest of sales / purchase but Sarah went above and beyond at every point, even having phone calls on Friday evenings when others would be clocked off. Anything and everything happened, but Sarah did her utmost on every occasion and with her being proactive to the point of doing other agents work for them. Nothing was ever a chore for leapfrog, they answered my many emails at all hours and pushed to get the chain sorted. Without doubt it was hard work but this did not phase Sarah one bit. Leapfrog are a strong, hard working team and would recommend 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

DO NOT LOOK ANY FURTHER IF YOUR AFTER AN ESTATE AGENT. SERVICE IS SECOND TO NONE! Very efficient, and excellent communication too. We decided to sell our flat after renting it out so I can vouch for rental management and selling our property.... Month to month everything was taken care of, any problems from the tenant, It was taken care of. I fully trusted who was put in the flat would have taken care of my property. Regular inspections were done and problems were also fixed immediately if there ever was any. Once we decided to sell our property Sarah and the team dealt with everything. Only when it was sold I heard a thing.... no stress, no hassle! Can’t thank you enough! 🙏🏻💙

Leapfrog have been excellent. I really like their ethos and approach. I found them realistic, honest and personable through the whole selling process. I wasn't sold a unrealistic expectations and all the advice I was given has been fantastic. Communication is outstanding. Questions and queries were always acknowledged or answered the same day. All the staff were pleasant to deal with and incredibly knowledgeable. As a seller we felt really looked after and nothing was too much trouble if we needed help of guidance.
