Your Let's, a great lettings agent

We have used Your lets for a few years now and can honestly say they are so professional and helpful. We wouldn't use anyone else. Ceppy and William deal with everything but keep you informed at all times. We've had awful experiences with a previous letting agents so it was great to be able to put our trust in a company that truly look out for us. Thank you Ceppy and William.

Good company, friendly, helpful and and reliable people. We have rented a house for 4 years with Your Lets. It was very important for us, to make the contract quick, because we just travelled over to find the house few week before we really moved. So, we were able to make the contract and all of the paperwork in one day time. Thanks William again! Whenever we had any problem, drain stuck or water issue, we just called and they have sent a man to fix the problem. We really thank Your Lets for the service we had, and we really recommend using their service. Thanks, Imre

Great experience with Your Lets

Great experience with Your Lets. They are very friendly and helpful. The house is well looked after with excellent repairs. Would recommend Your Lets to make your move smooth. Very impressed with the care taken to make this move comfortable and easy from Devon to West Lancashire, organising a video viewing and putting in a new cooker and even kitchen cupboards fixed after viewing.

Your Lets have been professional throughout my dealings with them. They have been attentive to my concerns and have endeavoured to resolve them in a timely manner. If ever I needed to use them again, to find accommodation, I would not hesitate.

The best letting agents I have encountered in fifteen years of renting

Your Lets has been the agent for the flat I rent for five years. I've dealt with various agents over the past fifteen years and Your Lets is the best I have encountered. All Your Lets staff have always been extremely helpful, professional and polite.

I've been with Your Lets for many years. They take a great deal of care in selecting tenants for my properties, are honest, reliable, very easy to deal with and pay great attention to detail. Easy to get hold of. Completely professional.

Your Lets is the best agency for us ! In the past I am rented an property in Skelmersdale and they are rented for me and my family a very good and clean property. I remember that the Covid-19 is coming on the first time after 3 months the company where I was working like a lorry driver is failed and they are closed the factory Salats To Go, after that I spoken with Your Lets agency about this problem and they are find out an option for me to pay less for my rent until I am able to pay normally for the rent like before the pandemic period. Of course I am fixed very quick the problem with my job and I don’t need it to pay less for my rent, but I am was surprised how is possible that and how people like me from another country is agreed from English agency and how they are supporting us in the difficult situation like Covid-19! So yeah if someone else is looking to rent a house definitely Your Lets is the best option that you will find and never you will not be disappointed of your choice ! Please let me to say thank you again for the beautiful period that I worked with you 🙏😊 !!

The most ethical lettings agent I have been with so far, treating us with respect and being very responsive to all our queries. My partner and I had a property with Your Lets for our final year of university and despite us being a temporary tenant, they helped us out fast and efficiently whenever we needed it! Ceppy and William got to know my partner and I quickly and we felt comfortable being on a first name basis with them. They made us feel like genuine tenants and not just customers. I implore anybody who needs a property to check out Your Lets first!

We have used Your Lets for about 10 years, and in that time we have found them to be very helpful, honest and trustworthy. Whenever they have carried out any work for us, be it finding tenants or doing credit checks etc., they have come up trumps. The people they have sourced for us have been excellent tenants, and each have stayed in the property for years. We always recommend Your Lets to other landlords who are looking for tenants. If we could have given 6 stars we would!

William and Ceppy have been so efficient and supportive over the years. We have had dealings with them both as tenants and landlords, and we have never had the slightest issue with them, which is more than I can say for other letting agents. They offer a professional yet friendly service and have gone above and beyond the call of duty so many times. Highly recommended!

Even though Your Let's are mainly based in Skelmersdale, I rented a house with them in Ormskirk. Best letting agency I've rented with, let alone the best renting experience I have had. Very approachable, kind, and reasonable. If anything needed repairing they sent people round asap. I definitely recommend Your Let's to everybody and we hope to rent with them again soon!
