Excellent. The staff at the facility were amazing when we arrived from North Wales with a massive wagon load of our belongings, that wouldn't fit into the unit we had ordered. Swiftly and without any fuss an alternative unit was found which suited our needs. The facility is clean and tidy, with a little kitchen to make a brew. All the staff we spoke to were polite and very happy/friendly. The security to access the facility is excellent. We were happy all our belongs were safe and secure. If I went there alone I always felt safe. If we ever needed storage again, The Storage Team would definitely be our first choice. Thanks to Lisa and Alex who made the whole process run smoothly.

I used this storage facility during house renovations. I found the set up to be very slick and professional. The site is easy to find . I found the staff very helpful and accommodated a last minute request for larger unit . The site is clean and tidy with good security. Access is controlled via an easy to use app. I always found there to be enough parking space and trollies available whenever I visited. The prices were very competitive with a welcomed discount for the first few weeks . All in all I would recommend this site and will definitely use them again.

I just want to say thank you to everyone who I've been in contact with in Skem,  the whole process from start to finish was so simple and without any drama and I absolutely had faith my things were all safe. All the staff dealt with any enquiry I had without any drama, nothing was too much for them, I kept my stuff there for six months and being able to drop in and out whenever I needed was brilliant, I highly recommend using the storage team as Skem if you need to put anything in storage.

I’ve recently used the storage team at Skelmersdale for a two month period between house moves. The team there were always friendly and very helpful throughout. Showing and helping me identify the appropriate size storage unit I would require. Explaining IT matters with regards access to my individual unit and their terms and conditions. I was very impressed and would definitely use there storage facilities again. A big thank you to the team, in particular Hannah and Louise who were incredibly helpful.

Personally I can’t recommend this storage unit as I have left my stuff in here from June to December and it’s all gone mouldy. I suffer with asthma and COPD so cannot continue to use the items or risk just cleaning them. I am now without any household goods until their insurance payout. Worst experience of my life, expensive storage and you cannot access your items 24/7. It closes at 8, you are not allowed back in the building after 8

Absolutely brilliant staff at Meanwood…

Absolutely brilliant staff at Meanwood Road, Leeds. They could not have been more helpful. Showed me round the units so I could see the size I needed and explained the booking process clearly. Ideal location for my son's belongings during the university summer break. Very reasonable pricing and lots of extra storage equipment (boxes, bags, tape, etc) if you need them. Will definitely be back next summer.

Dissapointed!

I was offered a great price on a storage unit at there Widnes branch. I was told it would be an ongoing price that they gave me. I paid for 12 months storage initially and they confirmed I would pay the initial set price for as long as I kept the unit. However, they have raised the price twice, the second time I rang to complain, so they put it down to my first price increase price. However I am extremely unhappy that the price went up in the first place. They told me that the price for the unit could be rented out for more. When it was offered to me at the ongoing price I was quoted, they were only too happy to take my money as they had several empty units. I feel quite annoyed they have done this and will be removing my belongings as soon as I can!.

Really impressed with this place. Great staff, clean facility, and great security that's all controlled through a downloadable app on your phone. I'd recommend this place to anyone that is looking for short term (min 2 weeks) or long term storage. I only needed my unit for 2 weeks to store stuff as I moved home. It was brilliant that they applied the 50% off discount too so I only ended up paying the equivalent of one week. Would use again if I move again in the future.
