We are sorry to have received your review. We were made aware of your visit to our office and how you spoke to our member of staff regarding our opening hours/door locking policy. On Saturday mornings there is often only one member of staff present in the office and therefore they lock the door for safety reasons. We are sorry if you do not agree with this policy, however, staff safety is top of our priority.
