GoogleAll of the staff at Lambourne Hill have been a tremendous support to me in my first ever venture as a landlord. I have never had a problem communicating with them by phone or email. They have always supported me with any problems I’ve had with my first tenant. Particular thanks go to Emma , Ann and Esther.

GoogleA step apart from other estate agents,lamborn and hill have impressed us a lot during our latest purchase.The estate agents completing our sale compared to the lamborn couldn’t be further apart. Lamborn got down to nitty gritty and sorted any issue’s queries the same day. Communication was excellent and to the point. GoogleI was happy at the beginning when met Emily to show me the property. The things is after you pay them, they forward your details to a third party reference agent, and if you don't chase and call them, you won't be contacted to deal with your tenancy. Unknown date of moving in:) which is ridiculous, and a fee deducted after all time wasted. Avoid for a peace of mind.
Thank you for your review, it is always helpful to receive feedback, I am sorry to hear that you were not happy with the service provided, as you stated we do use a 3rd party referencing company which is clearly stated on the application form, unfortunately due to Covid they have been slower than normal in requesting further information. I understand that you have now decided to go with another property and wish you all the best with that application.

GoogleEveryone from Lamborn Hill have been so lovely. Moving out is an exciting but also a stressful time, the staff seemed genuinely excited for us which was really nice and the clear, fast communication with them took away some of the stress. We are also so pleased with how quickly everything was organised for us. We viewed our flat on a Monday and had been sent all the paperwork, paid the holding fee etc by Tuesday! Thank you :)
