FacebookI called Buckey and Ward to arrange a viewing at a property that they had advertised, I spoke with the manager and agreed with what I thought was an open viewing of between 12 & 2pm, on arrival there was no one at the property so I called the office and left a voicemail asking for a call back, I received a call back from a lady and I explained the above, she immediately got in the defence stating that there were no viewing booked as there was an open day between 2pm and 3pm, I said that when I called to book a viewing I believed It was between 12 and 2pm, the lady on the other end then stated " you wouldn't have been told that you are wrong" but was said in a very condescending manor, I asked the lady why she was talking to me like and she got aggressive stating that I was wrong, at this point I asked to speak with the manager but the lady put the phone down on me.I called back and left a voicemail again asking for a call back from the manager, the lady the called me back again, after putting the phone down on me and said that she had spoken to her manager and I was wrong with the times and I couldn't speak with him...... so today, Monday, I call the office and ask to speak with the manager to place a complaint about the lady, the manager answered the phone and after asking if he knew about the conversation I had with the lady on Saturday he stated "yes that's my daughter", to say I had the same attitude from the manager as I did his daughter is an understatement!!!I asked whether the calls were recorded and he said yes, I asked whether he had listened to the calls and he said yes, when I asked why do you feel it's right that she spoke to me the way she did I got a reply of "I haven't listen to the voicemail it's just what my daughter told me!Absolutely disgraceful Customer service, I will never do business with Buckey and Ward.....Just because family may be involved get the facts straight before defending, you could lose a lot of business by acting the way you did towards me...

FacebookReally happy with the service we have received. They helped chase up our documents to help us get into the property asap. They even stayed late the day we moved in just so that we could go through the tenancy agreement. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS ACGENCY
