GoogleAfter renting through this letting agent for 12 years,(wasn’t a choice to just move financially) I’m extremely disappointed with how little they cared about the condition of the property. Serious damp problems were raised multiple times and nothing was ever properly fixed. Little to no maintenance was done over the years, despite repeated requests. Living with damp for so long affected both comfort and wellbeing. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before renting through this agency.
