I have had one of the best experiences with belvoir in sidcup. Joanne was helpful, friendly and professional since the day I walked in the door enquiring about a property to rent. Throughout a nearly 2 year rental contract I have had quick responses, amazing advice and first hand and reasonable understanding when any issues have arose. Joanne has been an absolute gem and credit to this company as I will admire belvoir from the service i have been given from her. An amazing Letting Agent. My tenants recently had no water to their flat. Both the Water Company and Management Company would take no responsibility. David and Linda from Belvoir worked over and above the call of duty to get this fixed. David pretty much gave up his Bank Holiday weekend in May making calls and arranging for tradesman to try to sort out the issue. He kept the tenants constantly up-dated throughout.
