GoogleWe quite literally cannot wait to move into Darwin's Edge. Sophia has been brilliant, she is incredibly knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble for her. We have met the site manager and were shown round for a really informative pre-plaster visit. The quality of the workmanship we have seen so far is outstanding.

GoogleHave been on Darwin’s edge for 6 weeks now and we are very pleased with our purchase, Sophia in the sales office and Andy site manager have been very supportive and really helpful helping us settle in.In fact all on site are very friendly and helpful. It’s a great location with lots of amenities on your doorstep.

GoogleI have very bad experience with the customer service. I am purchasing a house in Darwin’s edge in Shrewsbury It is big house I loved it and I want to have in the way I wish Early everything was easy , everything is yes yes yes. Then we I have reserved the unit Ecerything becomes difficult. I wants to put a ceramic tiles flooring. They said yes at the beginning then The manager I don’t know who is she !!! She refused as she said it is late because we have put the toilet now !!!!! I have asked an engineer he was laughing on this argument. So they refused to put the tiles as I want (by the way this is an upgrade which I need to pay 7000£ extra and immediately and I have agreed to have the house in the way I wish ) And the talk like the policy the protocol etc. Honestly I am not happy at all. This is radicules and not professional at all. I am really sad and I am thinking to leave the house even if they don’t give me the reservation fees back. As it starts to be bad and not transparent nor helpful I appreciate the sale lady Sophia she is a wonderful person and very professional But I am not happy with the manager who I don’t know her. She is rigid not flexible and she doesn’t know how to deal with clients. I hope at the end I will a correct house not fulled with defects. As I am sure even the after sale service will be not good. As they are attached to papers not the practical side. I don’t recommend this company.

Google‼️‼️‼️‼️AVOID with Caution …. Purchased a home on the nearby Spinney development. Same Site Manager , Asst Site Manager and sales team . Had no end of leaks from shoddy plumbing not fit for purpose, and yes as soon as warranty expires Bellway turn their backs on you …….
