These guys are a bunch of criminals. My sister was with them for 5 years. They are refusing to give her the deposit back, and turns out they broke all legal regulations by not registering her deposit with the relevant agencies. Avoid at all costs.... And to you smug thieving scum bags who work there, I look forward to seeing you in court. Shame on you.

We are a company regulated by ARLA and the Property Ombudsman and deposits are protected by the Tenancy Deposit Scheme. Any dilapidations for cleaning or damage have to be agreed by the outgoing tenant. All disputes will have been dealt with using this scheme and any deductions are just and fair.

Be prepared for the following: Take photos of the property (of every little things such as inside the drawers, walls, mattress, and everything else) and do read ALL the little lines in your contract before signing. Be prepared to be IGNORED when you report faults (for example the boiler) or for them to take photos/videos of your stuff whenever they visit the property you are renting for whatever they want. Be also prepared for them to clearly check all your things (includinding inside the fridge) on a visit that was supposed to be to check the malfunction of a boiler (clearly a privacy violation). In the end of the contract be prepared to lose money from your deposit for things that you are not responsible for and that you forgot to check before you signed the contract. Fortunately I have evidence from what I am saying because I managed to collect it using a camera (which they damaged when they visited the property and didn't wanted to be recorded). Oh and this visit was NEVER authorized to the property after a few emails were exchanged. Now that I have informed you about my 6 months nightmare tenancy, take your own decision to trust this dishonest crooks if the previous reviews are not enough. I will keep the evidence (camera recordings, emails) because ....... you know the deal :)

With reference to the recent review from Mr De Matos Rito, I would like to respond as his landlord and also in defence of Minerva Property Management who are my managing agents. I am appalled and disgusted that such unjustified comments are allowed to be published online. Firstly, let me say that we are happy that this tenant has finally vacated. The nightmare tenancy comment was correct but it should have said, NIGHTMARE TENANT!!! Minerva responded professionally and quickly to all the little issues of maintenance that were reported by the tenant. We as landlords know there is a duty of care and responsibility to tenants and Minerva kept us up to date with any faults. The boiler was an issue but we spent a lot of money to maintain it. I am aware that Minerva carried out the contracted 3 monthly inspection visits to the property. They send out letters well in advance and make sure there is ample notice to all tenants regarding these visits. May I point out that Minerva is a member of various professional bodies and that should a tenant have issues, he or she should contact them, not smear such a professional company over the internet. Finally, I believe this review is from a disgruntled tenant who had a reduced deposit refunded due to lack of respect for my property.

I have rented with minerva for many years and moved into a few different homes still having them as the letting agents. I can not rate them high enough. Very helpful, kind and professional. Who ever I speak to on the phone or in person I have had nothing but friendly, Co operative and caring. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

We rented our house in Watchfield through Minerva Property Management. The team were professional and responsive, making sure that any queries we had were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Loved living here and would definitely use Minerva Property Management services again.

I am sorry I have to agree with the comments from tenants. They make no attempt to repair properties. I reported a leaking roof in Aug following a heavy storm and no attempt has been made to repair damage.
