FacebookExtremely unhelpful, impersonal and downright rude. My elderly parents have started their first ever rental property via this company, and are expected to be computer literate, IT savvy youngsters prepared to do all communication via apps and portals. Ladies in the office have been decidedly unhelpful when phoning for assistance, and keep referring my parents back to a portal that they cannot access.
More consideration needs to be given to the older generation, with some good old fashioned service and support by friendly staff. Very disappointed.
