GoogleAvoid if letting out a property. Poor comminication from letting manager lead to confusion with getting certificates and testing done on property. Final straw was there so called contractors telling me i had a gas leak when i didn't and refusing to have my property on tbe books unless i full repiped the house!!. Moved to another agent, no issues found on site and now let!

GoogleDidn't seem bothered weather you wanted the property or not tried to put me off a property saying it would be to small for a single Male even though I've lived in the same type of property, I think they take it if your face fits, even though my money should be good enough as anyone else, also still waiting for promised application..

GoogleAttempted to purchase a property. Was NOT the smoothest process. I had to speak to multiple negotiators over the course of a few weeks despite being told I had an ‘assigned’ negotiator. So it was frustrating re-laying the history every time I spoke to someone. Staff were occasionally mildly rude Some negotiators where more helpful than others. One lady was about as helpful as a chocolate tea pot Try to avoid if possible

GoogleExcellent service! David Miller and his team were professional and the whole process of selling our home ran smoothly. All issues were dealt with quickly, calmly and we were given appropriate advice at every stage. The photographer was very careful and took beautiful pictures. The relationship between estate agent and solicitors (ours and theirs) was clear and reassuring. We can’t thank you enough and would highly recommend using this estate agent

GoogleVery interested in a house marketed by Miller Evans, however they proved difficult to deal with, werent acting in the best interests of the seller (since I was happy to place an offer they werent happy to receive, oddly) and generally very difficult to deal with (offered a terrible 15 minute viewing of a house I had to drive 7 hours to view and only then said "possibly" and "maybe"). Very unprofessional, mildly rude.

GoogleWe travelled an 80 mile round trip to view a bungalow & when we called to complete the application form we were told it had been let, the agent at the property was still showing prospective tenants & hadn’t even been told it was let!! Poor & unprofessional company, won’t ever use them again.

GoogleAwful service, left messages and emails just requesting viewings and they never got back to me, and I can't get through to anyone - it just goes to voicemail. Now having to actively rule out ANY property listed with them, as it's so much of a headache to even book a viewing! Avoid listing with them if you actually want viewings on your property.

GoogleInterested in a property advertised for sale by Miller Evans - tried calling for more information at 09:00 Monday 4th - answer phone only - tried calling again circa 10:00 - same response - tried calling again at 14:00 still no one available to speak to! Take note if you're selling a property with these guys - maybe worth trying elsewhere.....
