I enjoyed talking with Scott via email, and I found him very helpful and co-operative. My communication was only through emails, he usually responds to emails very quickly with a proper solutions to my concerns. He seems quite supportive and positive in the favor of Tenants when dealing with landlord. It might be good to consider giving more authorities to Scott when he is dealing with landlords regarding apartment's facilities in a favor of Tenant; for instance to renovate or change them in particular when the tenant is about to renew the contract and expects some sense of co-operation from landlord. We have just had a possible AST lease extension with a rent increase recommended by Knight Frank. It was with a good tenant that we did not want to lose. Brigette from Renewals negotiated very smoothly with the tenant and we did agree a new rent acceptable to both parties. Knight Frank carry out the whole lease renewal process very professionally and make it a pleasant experience for the landlord.
