GoogleI cannot recommend Alex Bruce at Berrys highly enough. His tenacity and attention to detail have been invaluable over the past four years, which at times felt like a never-ending battle with red tape.
Alex has always been at the end of the phone when needed, offering clear and supportive advice, especially during the more stressful stages of the process. He has attended meetings and produced excellent planning applications, including a detailed and very successful appeal submission.
His ability to deal directly with planning officers has been crucial in our case. Alongside his professionalism, Alex brings a genuinely personal approach, which made the whole process far easier to manage. I am extremely grateful for his support and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

GoogleI needed a transport statement and block plan for inclusion in an urgent planning application (change of use). I approached Berrys, and before no time Andrew Bannister was onsite, conducting the survey, as well as giving expert advice. A few days on and the final report was submitted to the planning office. The planning application has since been approved. Thank you, Andrew and Berrys, I couldn’t be happier!
