GoogleI sold my house with The Big Estate agency and mostly spoke with Paul & Nicola. Both very friendly and helpful. Communication was great, easily contactable and speedy replies. The solicitors they recommended (Cross Solicitors) are also brilliant. Would highly recommend this estate agents ☺️

If you are referring to cold sales calls, then yes, you are correct. They are at the very bottom of our list of calls to respond to. Our vendors, buyers, landlords and tenants, on the other hand, always receive an excellent service and great communication. This is what our business is built on.
