GoogleJust purchased my first home in Shoreham, and the team at Warwick Baker could not have been more helpful. They really went above and beyond from start to finish to make sure I knew what was going on throughout the process, answering all of my questions quickly, and helped me to deal with the issues that arose during the process. If I ever decide to sell my home I know where I will be going!!

GoogleThe team at Warwick Baker have been amazing over the last year and a half. Given it was the first property we rented, the process was really smooth, and very efficient when it came to viewing the property and then of course the moving day! Credits to both Nicky and Terry in particularly who have made the experience so enjoyable Would highly recommend them and the brand if you are looking to rent or buy! Thanks guys!

GoogleI rented a flat with Warwick Baker Lettings for 2 and a half years and was very impressed by how they handled everything from beginning to end. From being shown the flat, living in flat, and having things happen (flooding from the upstairs neighbours and replacing the washing machine) they were friendly, professional, and helpful. They defy the stereotype of the neglecting estate agent and I would be confident in renting from them again.

GoogleJust completed a purchase with Warwick Baker. The sale of my old property was very difficult, with delays and uncertainty - George did everything to ensure the vendor stayed on side throughout and as a result the purchase was by far and away the least stressful part!
