Michael in particular made the whole process smooth and straightforward, from viewing the property to handling the paperwork. Moving in was well organised, and everything was ready as expected. Overall, their support and communication made the experience stress-free, and I would definitely recommend them.

GoogleI have no hesitation in highly recommending Michael Keilthy at Greenways Property who handled the sale of my mother's flat in Hove. Michael made the whole process so smooth - he is so knowledgeable about the property market and always prompt in replying to any questions that I raised. I know sometimes estate agents get a bad press but Michael was so professional, honest and a pleasure to deal with. Plus the sale commission fee was the lowest I was quoted. In the future if I decide to sell my own flat and move Michael at Greenways will be the first person I will contact.

I was under some very tight timelines, but Michael's expertise helped both outline possible timeframes that the processes could take as well streamline these processes to keep them to a minimum. Michael also put in the hours on the weekend of a Bank Holiday to help smooth everything over as best as possible and bring matters to a close as quick as they can. In addition to that, all the paperwork and referencing were smoothly handled, and Michael was never more than a phone call away.

I have no hesitation in highly recommending Michael Keilthy at Greenways Property who handled the sale of my mother's flat in Hove. GoogleExcellent service through what turned out to be a very difficult conveyance. Michael supported me throughout, and his skills and expertise made the process relatively stress free. If you want to deal with one person, who keeps one step ahead of solicitors and the many legal bodies, and is constantly 'on the ball', then use Greenways Estate Agent. Thank you Michael, I couldn't have done it without you!!

GoogleMichael at Greenways is a professional through and through, which is to be expected with his vast experience and knowledge, but not only that, unlike many estate agents you can come across- he has shown genuine care and compassion in my dealings with him navigating the lettings process. He was constantly on hand to reassure and guide and any questions or concerns put to him he answered with honesty and patience. My circumstances were complex and he didn’t make me feel judged at all; it was a pleasure and took a lot of my anxiety away- something you don’t get when dealing with large companies who often make you feel like ‘just a number’. He is a rare gem in the estate and letting agency world and being a family run business, their ethos is just that- ‘family’ & this shines through in Michael’s kind demeanour. Thankyou Michael.

GoogleGreenways were excellent when we were buying our flat. They offered generous, candid advice, whilst helping to act as a mediary between all the parties involved to reach a satisfactory conclusion. They displayed excellent diplomatic skills between ourselves and the seller, stepping in when necessary to help smooth the process and keep things moving along. They even acted as an agent for our dog with the other freeholders in the building, so I wouldn’t hesitate to call on them again.

He was very friendly, knowledgeable and really helpful, especially when I had locked my keys at the property on the first day and he took the time out of his day to let me back in, in addition to sending videos of instructions on how to use the cooker!
