GooglePoor first (and last) experience with Charles Church. I was due to view the Oakhurst Village development on Saturday and the agent Paris didn't turn up. She ignored my texts and phone calls, and I've still not even heard anything from her days later! Not even an excuse, nothing. I'll be avoiding Charles Church and will buy from another developer who are actually interested in their customers.

GoogleDo not buy from Charles church. Poor build, poor customer service and not worth the money you pay. Quality of materials used is very poor
