GoogleThis is certainly the best letting agency, especially the team is fantastic. They are always just a call away. They made the entire moving in process, and then the whole period of two and a half years when we stayed in, and also the moving out process so convinent for us. Kate and the team is wonderful. I would reccomend them to everyone.

GoogleJanet Jones is BY FAR the best agents in Nottingham (particularly for students). They’re smaller scale, very friendly and totally attentive. Having had awful experiences with other letting agents, Janet Jones was honestly a breath of fresh air. Move in and move out were made easy for us, there was no problems with our deposit and they were quick to address any house issues all year. Thank you!

They were very helpful in securing the places we resided in and making sure everything was up to scratch during our tenancy. GoogleThe best real estate agency. I was looking for a house really long time. After applying to this agency, I did not have to wait long for an invitation to viewing property. The process of checking references was probably the fastest in my life. Very nice experience because a few years ago I rented flat through this agency and my agent remembered me. I think it's the best real estate agency in Nottingham. This is the nicest service with which I have meet. I highly recommend you to use their services. GoogleI've been left shocked by the poor customer service that this letting agency provides to potential customers. I've called them twice, and both times the person who answers (a lady which was the same person on both calls) has showed no human touch at all.

GoogleI would highly recommend Janet Jones to anyone seeking to have their property managed in a truly professional manner. Janet and her team are, in my opinion, without equal in letting and maintaining rental properties. All payments are prompt and, invoiced monthly. Any maintenance issues are quickly dealt with and in a cost effective manner. You may find cheaper services in Nottingham, but as in all walks of life you get what you pay for. The peace of mind of knowing JJ and her team are managing my property is priceless.

GoogleAs a landlord Janet Jones offer me an excellent service, promptly and politely dealing with a variety of issues from annual inspections to urgent repairs and quarterly inspections. They always go beyond with their customer service. They also have a good relationship with their tenants so they triangle a healthy relationship between the landlord and tenant. They have made being a landlord as smooth as can be.

GoogleMyself and partner have been tenants with Janet Jones for 3 years and they have been fantastic. The small issues we have had (broken washing machine, toilet leak) were reported, and fixed within a few days. The inspections were carried out regularly and any issues reported to be fixed. I would highly recommend to anyone, tenant or land lord, to use Janet Jones as an agency.

Thorough, professional and friendly, they were always quick to take action on any issues and the periodic check-ins they ran gave me (and I assume the landlords!) the confidence the property was in good hands.

We employ people with small children and over a third of our landlords and tenants are not British born. I therefore find your comments unjustified. Janet.

GoogleI am very happy with the professional and kind service that I receive from Janet and her team in renting out my house in Nottingham. They provide great support for landlord and tenant alike. Communication is excellent and anything that needs fixing is dealt with promptly. Fees are very reasonable too. Highly recommend them for any property services.

I have used them several times and found them to be honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable. I use them to rent a property I own and always receive the rent on time. Their fees are very reasonable. I would recommend them if you wish to sell or rent a property.
