GoogleViewed a overpriced home that needs a full renovation.
Not had a survey
An trying too sell with planning permission that no longer exists.
I got a call from the estate agent an asked for feed back on the property and what I’d offer,
To then have them arguing with me too the point I said I’m not interested.
I will not buy or sell any houses threw them ever due too this.
If the house was worth the money it wouldn’t of been on the market for the last 5 years. If it was such good value for money the person who was arguing over the phone should buy it
Zoopla valued it at the offer I was willing too give yet they want double.
Been unrealistic. Should of put the offer forward an not got emotionally involved an arguing too the point where i withdrew.
Viewing team was great, an the only reason I’m not giving a 1star

Thank you for your review. At Emsleys, we take customer service seriously and getting the best results for our Vendors is important. We are sorry that you felt the property was overpriced. Sometimes Zoopla can come up with unrealistic values because it uses algorithms to predict prices. It does not take account of local market forces and individual properties.
In relation to planning permission, our checks confirmed that planning permission would be still valid and a property for sale typically does not have a survey until a buyer proceeds to request one. Thank you for your comments about our viewing team.

Sammi acted as our go-to person for arranging viewings, forwarding offers, and communicating with buyers. The fact that I could get a hold of someone really quickly if I had a question, really helped settle any nervousness I had around the process.
