GoogleI have rented properties with Stockwood Lettings for around 10 years, and their professionalism and attention to detail is really impressive.
The building my first flat was in was sold, so we all had to move. They not only went out of their way to find me a new flat, but even negotiated with the landlords on my behalf when I broke my hip in a RTA. That's when I knew that Joe and Cantie were top notch.
It's a very fine line any agent has to walk, keeping landlords and tenants happy, especially as everyone has their needs and demands (don't blame the agent if a property won't allow small children or pets, that's often due to limitations in the building or insurance) but they do it with aplomb.
I told Cantie last year that Stockwood's are the best agents I've dealt with in 40 years of renting, and it's true.
