Jackson Stops Sherborne are a great branch - very friendly, helpful and hard working. Merial advised me very sensibly on which offer to accept and kept track of the sale progress by very thorough investigations and keeping check on the chain of offers that led to me selling the house. Jo was always kind, patient and helpful with any queries I had. It was all done in such a warm, friendly manner that it didn't feel that stressful at all. Highly professional. I can recommend them without reservation as a great team to sell your house.

We bought our house through JS Bury St Edmunds office in October 23 and were guided through the process expertly by the team. We encountered a few not-so-straightforward issues as we moved through the purchase and received knowledgable and supportive guidance (thanks to Rosanna Diaper particularly) which enabled us to communicate well with our seller/solicitors and complete on our new home in time for Christmas. My particular thanks goes to Philip German-Ribon who resisted my early suggestion of a higher marketing value, by persuading me of the importance of setting the initial asking price appropriately to respond to prevailing market conditions. To receive and hold sale at the asking price was more than I could have reasonably expected. The service from the Bury St Edmunds office is absolutely outstanding. We used them to sell our townhouse in Bury 9 years ago and now I have sold my country home with them. All staff are friendly, extremely kind and helpful, nothing is too much trouble, they know what they are doing.Charlie has been totally, wonderfully helpful with support and advice far above and beyond what would be expected. The last effort to get a Completion date that didn’t send me into total panic was magic.Plus, he drove by two properties I was considering, to advise on offers and suitability. A great experience from start to finish!

We purchased a house earlier this year through Jackson-Stops. Rosanna, who, was our first point of contact was exceptional throughout the whole process, from viewing until the day we completed. She was professional, kind and managed to guide us through a tricky few months and reassure both myself and my husband, with the house sale (which took much longer than anticipated). The icing on the cake was a lovely gift bag on the day we moved in, which was completely unexpected but a really nice touch. I would not hesitate to recommend Rosanna and her colleagues from the Bury branch to anyone looking to sell their home or use their services.

I would like to commend Margaret Heath, Senior Property Manager, who for 25 years has looked after my flat in Wimbledon which has always been rented out through Jackson-Stops. Over the many years it has always been a pleasure to speak to Margaret who is very helpful and pleasant and has a great deal of experience and knowledge of matters relating to property repairs and maintenance. I rarely get involved with running the flat as Margaret does the job so well and I know the flat is in good hands which is fortunate because I currently live far away. Margaret was instrumental in arranging occasional major works such as a full renovation, redecorations and a boiler installation. I am grateful to Jackson-Stops and especially Margaret Heath for making property rental a rather trouble free experience for me.Andrew Medwid

Excellent property management

Jackson Stops (and it’s predecessor) has been managing our rental property for 40 years. Margaret Heath has been there almost all that time as our property manager. As we live overseas it is essential that we have reliable, efficient and comprehensive oversight of our property. Margaret has provided excellent service. She responds quickly to queries, keeps a close eye on the property and establishes a good rapport with tenants. She is an asset to the company and deserves the highest regard.

Brilliant Property Management

Margaret Heath of Jackson Stops Wimbledon's Property Management team is the best property manager I have ever come across. She is brilliant and it is why have been a landlord client of that office for many year's. Why use anyone else?

We bought our home in Dullingham via Jackson-Stops 5 years ago. They were so professional and a pleasure to work with then, that when we decided to sell it earlier this year we had no hesitation in using them again. From the moment they took our instruction they were first class in keeping us informed, not just from what was going on, but also liaising with our buyers, our solicitors and our purchase in keeping everyone on the same page. Every time we phoned up, no matter who we spoke to, everyone always knew everything about our file. I would, however, like to say a special mention to Samantha, who not only went out of her way to make sure that everything went through as smoothly and stress-free as possible, even on her days off, but the fact that she took time out in looking after us. She was always available if ever we needed help with anything, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Unfortunately though, since we've sold, I do miss our morning update chats on the way to work! Thank you for making it happen.

I could not have managed to purchase my home in Newmarket if it wasn't for Lottie at the Newmarket high street location. She did more than what was asked of her and she was very responsive on her emails. With the help of my cousins and Lottie I purchased the property site unseen. Something I have never done. Our contacts at Jackson Stops were sensitive, interested and understanding of the emotional issues we were dealing with through leaving our long-standing family home. Our initial contact was with Anthony Pears who dealt with the valuation and remained as a supportive contact throughout the process. Anthony introduced us to Christina Jones as our prime contact and support. Christina was a delight and with her in depth knowledge and experience was able to help us through some technical negotiations.
