TrustpilotBadly managed
If it were possible to rate the Teddington office with a minus 1, then this is what we would give. What started with an excellent user experience and pleasant staff, ended up with us being double crossed after paying a deposit and us losing the property that we were promised.Would not place any trust in this organisation. Pleasant staff but c**p and old fashioned management.

TrustpilotPoor negotiators
Poor negotiators, more for buyers than sellers as only after the commission which is high. Placed a family barn on the market & they won with high value then drop 7% after a year not selling then another 3% for good measure, whilst issuing buyer demands for un needed repairs etc-still unsold and the owner, my widow stressed. Avoid.

TrustpilotAvoid renting through Jackson Stops Teddington
Jackson Stops Teddington branch support rogue landlords making outrageous claims on your deposit. Avoid renting through Jackson Stops. We were left with a bitter taste in the mouth after a flawless 4 year tenancy finished with a nasty financial grab. It went to arbitration, where we discovered this particular landlord did this all the time. Holmesdale Rd.

Christina Jones of Jackson-Stops gave an excellent professional service (event though they were employed by the vendors) at a time when others were struggling never failing to return calls or emails .
