An honest sensible valuation was made initially and only prospective buyers who had been financially vetted were invited to view. Each member of the Bazely team had viewed the property before it was marketed; knew what was happening during the sale and always kept us informed as to the current position. Post exchange of contracts their input continued during difficult circumstances that had evolved through no fault on their part to ensure that the sale went through without delay. In my considerable experience of estate agents their integrity and professionalism was of the highest standard.

They are easily contacted and communicate feedback on viewings quickly and realistically. The company offers an in-house conveyancing service which I found terrific. The solicitor was easily contactable which made the journey less stressful. I would thoroughly recommend Bazely’s if you are thinking of selling your home.

GoogleFrom the start Mike and his team were a pleasure to work with. They gave us solid, real-world advice on how to present our house for sale and worked with us to agree our final sale price. Our house was on the market 48hrs after giving them access, we then accepted an offer 24hrs after that. The solicitors they recommended were also superb. Overall, great group of people and if you’re looking to either buy or sell a house in Shepperton I’d highly recommend them.
