Throughout the sale process we were impressed with the quiet professionalism that Bazely's small team brought to bear. An honest sensible valuation was made initially and only prospective buyers who had been financially vetted were invited to view. Each member of the Bazely team had viewed the property before it was marketed; knew what was happening during the sale and always kept us informed as to the current position. Post exchange of contracts their input continued during difficult circumstances that had evolved through no fault on their part to ensure that the sale went through without delay. In my considerable experience of estate agents their integrity and professionalism was of the highest standard.

They are easily contacted and communicate feedback on viewings quickly and realistically. The company offers an in-house conveyancing service which I found terrific. The solicitor was easily contactable which made the journey less stressful. I would thoroughly recommend Bazely’s if you are thinking of selling your home.

Terrible service , keep calling me harassing me, over silly things .They need to stop!Reported to police for harassment. Consulting legal advice. After numerous calls. There mo is they wait a few weeks and start up again . Spoke with several people including Laura the main offender , and Jenny tonight whom knew nothing of these such incidents. Spoke with the managing director today also. I don’t know why they have decided to run this campaign against me but it must stop. I refuse to accept its a mistake 11 times? But hopefully the police will put a stop to this, I have my phone records to prove these numbers. Lancashire police informed today. (Crime number available)
