GoogleI had the pleasure of dealing with Jon, Lee and Caitlin. All of who were fantastic, Jon in particular updated me pretty much every day whilst we tried to navigate a tricky purchase. Unfortunately due to the seller wasting time we wasn’t able to purchase it however Jon and his team did everything right and everything they could their side. Just came down to a waste of time seller. Would highly recommend satchells to anyone though!

GoogleA very disappointing experience. They were not proactive, after a month, we had only two viewings, and this wasn't addressed until I called them. Communication was poor; they arranged viewings without notice, failed to inform us of cancellations, and we had to chase them just to get a For Sale sign put up. Weekly market updates never arrived unless I chased.
A team member emailed us and told us we could leave our contract, only for the store manager to later call and be incredibly rude, blaming us instead of taking responsibility. After seven frustrating months, we switched agents, and our house sold within a month. Would not recommend.

We pride ourselves on offering advice on how to present a property and prepare the house for sale as we look to achieve the best possible price, however this may sometimes mean that we have to give difficult advice on the contents, the décor and sometimes the price and sometimes this advice is difficult to give but we do for all the right reasons, particularly when feedback from viewings suggest to us that changes could help sell the property.

We had a nightmare sale of our own property (sold it three times, due to the bottom of the chain falling through) but Satchells managed to keep our purchase going because of the great relationship Jemma had built with the vendor, for which we are most greatful.
