GoogleWe haved rented a residential property with brownill vickers for 3 years now and rented a different property for 2 years previous. Any issues we have had have been sorted and Matthew is always very polite and professional. Would recommend

GoogleDon’t recommend this SMC at all. I used this agency and worked with Francois to take a shop for laundry but when I found out that the shop is not suitable and safe for that I asked the deposit back. But he insisted of doing so brought the landlord to us and left us with him who is not a lawful person at all. The property was leaked for three months and big amounts of mould and fungus spread around the walls. The electric had cut off for a while because of unpaid previous bills. There were so many issues with the shop in fact it was a full scrub. Now that we are stuck with the landlord and have been damaged severely emotionally and financially by him Francois stood away and not doing any action for us to come out of it. Now upon all the losses I suffered I have to spend another couple of thousand to get a solicitor to bring the case to justice.

GoogleI was a commercial tenant of SMC Brownill Vickers for 30 years, with no issues. I recently vacated the property on a break clause, which I was a little apprehensive about. Georgia, SMC Brownill Vickers Property Manager, was approachable and professional. She really helped me through the daunting process and I felt I could contact her with any queries that arose. I’d like to thank SMC Brownill Vickers, in particular Georgia, Matt, Robin, also the owners of the property, for the kindness shown to me as our 30 year landlord/tenant relationship came to a close.

Francois is particularly helpful and always makes himself available to answer our questions and provide good advice.

GoogleWe originally used SMC , we were informed of the merger of the two companies and wondered if we would get the same service. I am pleased to say that yes we have had the same excellent service from this company. The staff are knowledgeable, professional and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Work we ask them to do includes; QQ's, surveyors reports for purchasing and buying property and preparation of reports - all is completed to a high standard.
