FacebookI have been a tenant with shefflets for two years now and they have been absolutely amazing. Always really quick to respond to maintenance requests and super helpful if you need anything sorting. Everyone in the team has been so lovely and friendly, they really look after you, always give you loads of notice if anyone needs to come round and they do everything properly. This is by far the best letting agency I have ever rented with and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent from a professional, reliable and friendly agent!

They would do anything to rip off the deposit.
They accessed my apartment without permission, took photos of my luggage, and claimed that they needed to hire a cleaning service to remove things left behind (my luggage!) I hadn’t left the apartment yet.
I tried to reason with them, but to no avail. Obviously, they just wanted the deposit money.
