I enjoyed all the time and help from Reeds Rains staff in Rye in selling my house in Rye. Lovely people who gave me help and advice all the way through both selling and buying. They were very patient with me when occasionally I had a few problems in the process. I can recommend them to anyone in the housing market.

Absolutely awful company

Absolutely awful company. My tenancy ended over 6 months ago, the check out was absolutely fine but they are still refusing to return my £575 deposit, giving the excuse they can't get in touch with the old landlord. Absolutely would never rent with them again. The local branch (Bridlington) are absolutely useless in assisting with this.

Privately renting a property with several maintenance issues reported on the day of moving in, which is now nearly eight months ago. All staff are pleasent, friendly and deal with customers in a thoroughly proffessional manner. Numerous viewings wre arranged and it was no reflection on any staff member that two (cash buyers) withdrew their offers. A new (cash buyer) was found and the sale process is progressing well.

Not actually used these yet but from speaking with agents and getting lots of free advice (when I’m tied to another estate agents) has been an absolute godsend. When someone can give out advice on selling your house when you arnt even with them says a lot about a company. I have never used them to sell my house but I 100% will in the future!

I only whish I had red all the negative reviews about Reeds Rains before I enstructed them to sell my property. It now seems those reviews are all about Walderslade branch.I also whish that if they need to sell their own house they will go with their own agency and receive the same level of service and waste as much time and nerves as I did.
