Google10/10 for Dave and his team! Butlers took over management of a property I had just purchased last year and to say the whole situation was a mess is an understatement (not mine or Dave's fault I will add...) Dave liaised with myself, the current tenant and made several unsuccessful attempts at contacting the previously LL to ensure everything was above board and in place to make the day to day management of the property run as smoothly as possible. Dave went above and beyond and I couldn't thank him enough. I would strongly recommend to other investors within the area.

GoogleWe were recommended to use Butlers Estate Agents to sell our first house and we are so glad we took the advice. We found Butlers approachable and friendly on every occasion during face to face or via messages. David Butler was responsive to our email of interest in selling our house. David swiftly came to value our house and ensured we were happy to sell using their service. During the stage where people came to view our house, Butlers worked alongside us to achieve the most viewings whilst we worked full time shifts. Additional to Butlers we used a mortgage advisor and found they worked alongside one another excellently to achieve the best service to us. We sold our house within a month and David negotiated a good selling price. We have always found Butlers easy to reach using their varied communication methods. On a regular basis Butlers kept us updated on the house sale process. Making the process a lot less stressful. We would highly recommend Butlers Estate agents to all wanting to sell or rent a property.

GoogleAVOID AVOID AVOID. AT ALL COST. We had the displeasure of renting a property from their client some time back and we got scammed out of most of our damage deposit. Mr. Butler knew exactly what he was doing as he pointed out damage where there was no damage and laughed about not returning some of the damage deposit. It was a horrible time being in the property as we found why the owners left and we left soon after too.

GoogleDavid was exceptional at sorting out an issue of a £1000 refund for myself after a surveyor submitted a report and did not give a value for a property purchase. As such I could not secure a mortgage on a property being marketed by David and his team. I am extremely grateful to David for helping me get my money back. Thank you again.

GoogleExcellent estate agent. Really modern easy to use dashboard for your tenancy. I payed my rent on time so had a hassle free tenancy. Repairs were quick and efficient. Dave is a real professional and willing to listen to any concerns. He is only a text or email away. Was my agent for just under 3 years.

They made our sale trouble free, were on hand to take our calls and relieve us of any concerns we had and got back to us when they said they would. We have no complaints only praise.
