GoogleWe have been renting with BPS for 3 years now and cannot fault them. We have just had our flat refurbished my Hirad and his Maintenance team and we are extremely pleased with the work they have done. They have totally transformed the property and kept us informed and updated on the entire process. Hirad and his team are very friendly and Hirad showed us round to explain what they’d done and was happy to help in any other way he could. Definitely the best rental company in the city.

GoogleI’ve just graduated after six years at university, and rented with BPS Whitham branch for three of those years. My experience with them was excellent. Ease of Renting: The admin team responded quickly to enquiries and arranged viewings promptly, often showing multiple properties in one visit. The paperwork was clear, and the contract process was straightforward. Our deposit was protected through an approved scheme. Staff & Service: The staff were professional and friendly, from collecting keys to moving out. They gave notice before visits and replied to emails promptly. I mainly communicated with Sarah and Heather who were excellent. Property Quality: I felt that the houses I lived in were clean, safe, and well-maintained. The furniture provided was in good useable condition. Repairs & Maintenance: Maintenance issues were handled quickly, and they went beyond expectations at times. For example they were able to install a security alarm and extra outdoor lighting after we raised safety concerns. Hirad and his team were great. Value for Money: I felt the properties I rented were of good value, being close to campus, shops, and public transport. We had no problems with deposit returns. Having rented with other student agents before, BPS Whitham branch stood out. I would highly recommend them to other students.

GoogleI have lived, and still live, in properties managed by BPS and I have never had a bad word to say about the services they provide. From a tenants point of view, I am convinced there is no better option. I've seen the state of some student/post-grad accommodation and I feel very grateful that my home is managed by BPS. Maintenance Manager Hirad and his team are the best team you could hope to have around. I have never had to wait longer than a day or two for any issues to be solved. Sarah, Heather, Jess and the rest of the admin team are also excellent and respond to queries very quickly. I had left home for the first time when I began renting through BPS and they made the whole process feel very easy. I couldn't imagine having rented from anywhere else. BPS completely remove any stress that may be expected when renting.

GoogleHaving just moved out of a BPS property, I just wanted to share my sincerest thanks to Jessica, Sarah and all the team. They helped us massively with an ongoing issue over the year and did everything possible to make us feel supported and for that we are extremely grateful! The maintenance team lead by Hirad is also fantastic and will help with anything big or small, quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend this letting agents for their professionalism and friendliness!

GoogleHad an awful experience renting a house with BPS. I would avoid this place at all costs. The house we rented from them was in awful condition and it took 3 months for us to be able to move in as it was unlivable, we did not get any refunds. Once you have given them your money they do not care about the conditions you are living it. Do not rent from here especially as students as they will take advantage. Photos can be provided.

GoogleI went with Broomhill Property shop as they had such a wide range of houses on their website. The service both in the shop and over the phone has been great, they're always very kind. The property I stayed in was very well looked after by the landlord so we didn't need many call outs, however when our boiler had a few hiccups, it was always fixed within 24 hours. Would recommend to all students and professionals.

GoogleBy far the best service and organisation we have experienced in a lettings agency as tenants. Right from the first enquiry, everyone has been very helpful, friendly and quick to answer any query; the administration, paperwork and checking-in was well organised; the flat itself is beautifully set up, with great attention to detail and well-maintained . It is rare to find a lettings agency that is so professional, reliable and works so hard. We are very happy- thank you to all the team!

GoogleIt is so nice. I lived in a flat of BPS with my wife some years ago when I was studying at Sheffield University. The flat was in Moorgate Ave. At the beginning the flat was unfinished, but the landlord promissed us that it will be well furnished. We moved there. After 3 weeks the flat was as new. The fees were reasonables and everything was ok. Saludos desde México :)

GoogleI've been using BPS for several years to let my student property in Crookes. They've never failed to find tenants for me, and have always provided a great service; going more than the extra mile very recently, by sending someone out of office hours to meet new tenants when I'd mixed up on start dates. GoogleCan't emphasize enough how friendly the staff are! Every interaction I've had with them has left me feeling looked after and listened to. They always deal with their customers with a smile on their face. The workers they send to fix any problems are much the same - ever in good humour and happy to help. Highly recommend for students!

GoogleHaving been tenants with several student letting agents before BPS, I can safely say - on behalf of all the different people we have lived with over the past two years - that they are by far the best student agents in Sheffield! The admin team are personable and timely with their correspondence; have been very accommodating when we wanted to swap tenants in/out; understanding an flexible with payments; and quick to repair or replace broken appliances. If you're torn between BPS and anywhere else, don't look any further!

GoogleWere with them for three years and we were given great service. Issues (leaky washing machine, re-grouting of bathroom, ect.) were usually resolved the same day or the next. They communicated well, and offered flexible payments for my housemates. The houses were in good condition, too. Good value for money. They knew us by name and were always pleasant, and when looking for a new place they knew the style of house we were looking for based on our previous one and delivered. When we deemed the sofas and one of the beds in the new place were in a poor condition they coordinated with the property owner and had them replaced within a few days with nice ones. I would definitely recommend them.

GoogleGreat variety of properties and excellent service. All staff were lovely and a friendly letting agency! If ever we had an issue with the property we felt prioritized and the issue was felt with immediately by their brilliant handyman. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone looking to rent.
