The office tried to contact you this morning in response to your voicemail but unfortunately, we couldn’t reach you, so left a message with an update. Unfortunately, the delays in completion are outside of our control however we have ensured that we provide as much support as possible, providing any updates we receive from the vendor. We hope to speak to you shortly and provide reassurance that the vendor is doing all they can to complete as soon as possible. Abi
