GoogleDO NOT MOVE into their properties. We were never told the apartment would become a building site. 8am - 6pm. Constant noise, windows can’t be open. Blinds shut due to privacy.
Asking for updates on the work timeline you get 0 answers. And after pressing a little I’m then gaslit into “well you must have saw the scaffolding when you moved in”.
No we didn’t see any scaffolding.
And we definitely didn’t see this outside of our window for the last 6 months huge avoid. There was nothing at all on this side of the building
They rented out their apartments too early, knowing they would be a building site in 2 months.
(Not a huge issue but worth noting!
Pictures advertised with TV / table / furnishing. Only had a sofa and a dining table with 6 plastic chairs.

Update for the reply.
Let me explain how letting agencies work....
First, they arrange viewings.
After, all the viewings are done, they collect applications. AFTER they choose the right applicant and offer the property to the chosen one... Then, applicant can pay the holding deposit
Dear landlords!!!
Do you want that, this agency will give your property to the first person who pays the holding deposit, OR, do you want to see all applications and choose the right one???
Think twice before you walk in their office...

Hi Hajnalka,
When you attended the viewing you were the 3rd person of 6 viewings that day. The first viewer took the property and so it was no longer available by the time you had called your office following the viewing.
Unfortunately it is on a first-come first-serve basis and so if an application is received, it would be unfair to reject anothers' application in favour of someone elses.
This is commonplace with all lettings and although unfortunate, is unavoidable.
