Atrocious behaviour from this company and the landlord they represent. We went through the process of renting a property and after handing over €2700 and going through a week of excuses on how the property wasn't cleaned yet and the lease wasn't drafted etc they told us the flat wasn't on the market anymore. If we didn't have my parents, we and our 1 year old daughter would have been made homeless by this despicable company and the landlord they represent. Please avoid these charlatans.

Horrible communication, lied whenever they did answer. Just a deceptive and rude group of people. Awful awful experience, in this housing crisis climate you would think people had the decency to be transparent at the very least. Avoid dealing with these people if you want peace!

Excellent service. My property has been managed by Ray Maher Property Advisors for over 10 years. I live abroad so it is important to have reliable people to manage the property locally. Communication is reliable, accurate and timely. Would recommend if you are looking for someone to manage your property.

Disappointed with the response to fix the issues in the apartment. Full week freezing in the apartment without the heating. 0 calls, 0 care for the customer, just a dull excuse on a repeated basis. Got to upgrade human skills. I would believe that a problem with the heating on a breach of the winter would be a priority.
