We were helped by the wonderful Gemma around properties in Shaldon and Bishopsteighton. We looked at nearly 20 properties with a number of different agents over a period of 4 days. Gemma was definitely the one we enjoyed working with the most. She is completely genuine and seemed to love her job and at the same time understand our requirements. Thank you for making our search more pleasant. If I was selling my house, I would want Gemma to be doing it!

Completed this afternoon on the sale of our house in Teignmouth which had been our much loved family home for 40 years. Ben and Gemma have been fantastic throughout the whole process showing professionalism, expertise, offering support and sound advice and they both genuinely cared about us as well as the sale of the property. It was a very emotional sale/ move and both Ben and Gemma showed great sensitivity and empathy to our situation. Ben’s extensive local knowledge having grown up in the area was an immensely valuable resource along with his enthusiasm in promoting the key assets of the property and its surroundings. Gemma was super helpful and responsive and kept us up to date throughout the whole process and together with Ben guided and supported us through an immensely complex duplex chain to its ultimate success.
