We have Bradley's twice now, we purchased our first home with Bradley's and then resold with Bradley's a few years later - both times with Jess as main port of call. We had an offer very quickly, and the team negotiated well. Jess both times went above and beyond to ensure everything ran as smoothly as possible, we encountered a few hiccups and some uncertainty with our sale & onward purchase with another agent, but Jess worked closely with our purchasing agent and all parties involved to meet a deadline set by the chain, keeping us in the loop every step of the way. The team are very easily reachable via email and phone. I would highly recommend using Bradley's!

Bradleys shaldon tried to sell our house with no success. They are ok whenit comes to reducing the price and with a house that sells itself but when it comes to selling they are very poor. There was also evidence that they lead buyers to put in low offers, some 300k below the asking price.If you want an agent to maximise your selling price i suggest you try Darts

As first time buyers, we were pretty clueless on the buying process. We fell in love with a property, advertised by Bradley’s, and thanks to a friend we went to view what would become our first home. We used Abbie, as our mortgage advisor, Abbie was super helpful, and patient with our million and one queries! From start to finish everyone at the Shaldon Branch has been amazing, a big big thanks to Jess! Who has gone out of her way to help us, from information and liaising with our solicitor when we were unable to get a response, to obtaining quotes for some work to the property. Jess has taken an interest in us, and our property, gone above and beyond, has been extremely speedy with replies to any questions, and generally been a great help! We are looking for a new home to rent

We are looking for a new home to rent, we were advised to try Bradleys Having contacted and registered with many estate agents in the south west of England we found all of them to be easy and straightforward to register with, but Oh My God when you get to Bradleys, you should dump them immediately. After a few minutes in to the registration form the information they require becomes beyond belief, they even want to know how much savings you have. That’s totally obnoxious and none of their business. We can understand that they require certain information but not this just to register for information on lettings (no other letting agency requests to have your private and personal information just to register or even getting info on properties to let in their portfolio ). BRADLEYS you are too big for your boots. And by the way you have the worst web site to navigate in the market. Pay someone to help or get a grown up to help you.
