GoogleBought a David Wilson home at Niveus Walk in 2025. The house itself is decent, but the garden is a major letdown. The turf was clearly not properly prepared and is now badly infested with leatherjackets. This isn’t an isolated issue, multiple homes are affected. Very poor standard for a new-build. Avoid if looking for any sort of garden.
