GoogleI don't normally leave reviews, but I received such an excellent service from Boatwrights I was compelled to share my experience. The entire process was handled professionally and efficiently by Megan, my lettings negotiator, who answered all my queries promptly, and was always super friendly and accommodating despite me showing up late for two appointments! She made what should have been a very stressful few weeks much easier to manage, and I will always be very grateful for that.

GoogleFrom the moment we were involved with the team at shaftesbury we were immediately impressed. The service was amazing and appts to view a property to let were swiftly organised. All queries were dealt with almost immediately and Sammi, Caroline and the rest of the team always happy to deal with any issues as they arose and made our moving transition very straightforward. GoogleWe moved house just after Covid restrictions kicked in. This was a very daunting time for us, however Boatwrights estate agents were fantastic! They put our mind at rest through every concern we had! The communications we've had have all been answered straight away and nothing has ever seemed too much for them! We had an issue with our hot water, and they arranged a plumber to visit the same day which was amazing! Everyone at the office has been fantastic and so friendly! GoogleWe recently chose Boatwrights as our letting agent for our bungalow in Shaftesbury. We have been happy with their high levels of customer service and professionalism. When looking for a letting agent, we did a lot of research on local letting agents. One of our key criteria was for an agent that would provide prompt and efficient communication and service both to us (the landlord) and to our tenants. From the start, Boatwrights always answered the phone and replied to emails promptly . It was very surprising how many other agents failed to answer the phone when we tried to make enquiries, and never bothered to reply to our voicemails which didn’t bode well for when tenants call up with problems. Boatwrights have consistently provided us with professional service and there are three staff on the lettings team which means there is always someone available to help. A special callout to Charlotte who took our first call and was able to provide an excellent overview, but also to Caroline and Sammi who have been helpful, friendly and efficient at all times. As we are absent landlords and were not able to visit often due to COVID, it was much appreciated that Boatwrights also recommended and provided tradesmen etc. to help us finalise repair works prior to our tenants moving in. The tenants have only just moved in so we cannot comment on the property management side yet, however, based on the tenant-find process we would be happy to recommend Boatwrights to anyone looking for a competent and reliable letting agent.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleBrilliant service looking after our property and as a first timer at the renting game it’s great to know if something goes wrong it is promptly sorted. The annual checks (including photographs) puts your mind at rest that your property is being looked after. If you are looking for agents to look after your rental property I would thoroughly recommend.
