GoogleTerrible communication skills - never return calls and have to chase if you want anything. Service just isn't good enough to be worth chasing either! Avoid - many more professional estate agents in town

GoogleI have been working with Savills Lettings for the past 7 years. I find them to be friendly and professional, Julie and Monica who are my main point of contacts and I find them very efficient . Would recommend these guys to anyone. They are always on hand when I call.

We’ve just had to pull out of our sale and purchase, mostly due to developers solicitors being unreasonable, which isn’t Savills fault. However, what I am absolutely gobsmacked at is the appalling customer service received by 2 Savills members of staff on site. Arrogant, opinionated,rude, deceitful, argumentative....where to begin!
