Moved here last year and they were the agents for the property we bought, they were absolutely brilliant, helpful, efficient and always there to help no matter what. We had a very speedy move and all went well. When we moved in they were here with a bottle to celebrate our big day. Thank you so much I cannot fault you one bit. Sorry the review is late. John and Paul are real-estate professionals and with their customer-centric approach are bringing the full buying experience to the next level. While many agents just think about volumes and timing, the team at Rafferty and Pickard is focused on quality and customers. We had a smooth process from the beginning (we were the buyers) up to the moment we exchanged. Thanks both for supporting us at every phase of the process!

I have bought, sold and rented a number of properties in the last 5 years, Rafferty & Pickard have been the best I have worked with. Between them, John and Paul have supported my recent purchase with expertise, responsiveness and effectiveness. Nothing is too much trouble and they have ensured that everything runs smoothly. On top of that they are great people and have just been a pleasure to speak to. Thank you!

John and Paul are the best estate agents! They are both extremely professional, experienced and thorough, great with communication, marketing and have been very supportive throughout the whole process. They were recommended to me and were a breath of fresh air. The video and marketing showed off my property beautifully. Needless to say my property sold quickly. I would highly recommend them and hope to engage with them again in the future.

A big thank you to Paul and John for assisting us with our purchase and move in January. Between them they provided a friendly and professional service, helping to resolve a couple of sticky points that arose during our purchase and after we moved in. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Absolute pleasure to deal with and thoroughly professional. Anyone looking to buy or sell a property, contact Rafferty and Pickard. There’s no long contract tie-ins and they priced our property appropriately to sell. The guys (John and Paul) worked really hard to create fantastic pictures and drone footage of our property and that made a huge difference. Communication throughout was always good. Overall couldn’t recommend them enough. Thanks again.

The best estate agents I have dealt with by far. Helpful, honest and proactive at every step with excellent communication. Can't recommend them enough. They were the agents for our ongoing purchase, wish I had used them for the sale of my own house as well. Thanks again Paul and John.

We honestly can’t say enough about how amazing Rafferty and Pickard have been. We completed today on our purchase, and from start to finish Paul and John could not have been more helpful, responsive, friendly and professional. They went out of their way to investigate the chain thoroughly, and chased up whenever needed, keeping us informed the whole time. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

We have recently exchanged on our property and Paul and John have been really helpful and always on the other end of the phone to keep us updated. They go above and beyond in areas where lots of other estate agents don’t, which makes them stand out within the market. We would definitely recommend their services 😊 thank you for all your support.
