We bought our property through Langford and in-spite of lockdown we were able to keep in touch with our sellers through them without any glitches. GoogleI first met Langford Rae O’Neill when I was buying my home, around this time I had looked at numerous properties with several estate agents. Langford Rae O’Neill stuck out as being the easiest and most accommodating agent to deal with and always delivered up to date communications. Fast forwarding a few years - I needed to find a letting agent to help rent out a property after a bad experience with a different agent. Langford Rae O’Neill were the obvious choice, who did not disappoint. From the original phone call right through the entire process they have continuously had an admirable can-do attitude with nothing being too much trouble. All of the staff are extremely hard working and dedicated, which guaranteed a swift completion They provide a personal service and made me feel valued and welcome rather than simply a statistic in their books.
Without any doubt at all, I hope to use Langford Rae O’Neill in the future whether it is for buying, selling or letting.

The marketing was high quality, the team was knowledgeable and enthusiastic and I felt I could trust them to promote my house to the best advantage. They had a genuine feel for my property and how best to attract buyers.
I also purchased my new home through Langford Rae O’Neill and it worked brilliantly. I really appreciated that both my sale and my purchase were progressed on a personal level. They undertook the liaison on my behalf with my buyer and likewise with my seller which made everything go smoothly and allayed a lot of worry and anxiety. Communication was excellent - professional, timely and efficient.
