The absolute worst housing management and agency. Over the years we (the tenants) have been spoken to with disrespect and when requested any improvements/issues, responses took weeks. Utterly incompetent.

Hamptons International always look to be fair with regards to termination fees and whilst we appreciate your feedback with regards to these, we do always work hard to ensure the best outcome for both Tenants and Landlords. We can see that following your request for an early release from your tenancy, the team facilitated an agreement between yourself and the Landlord with regards to the deposit to avoid you having to pay the usual costs. We do hope that despite this review, you were pleased that you were able to leave early with the minimum costs incurred and wish you the very best with any future tenancies.
