Really terrible - we’ve enquired about a property (or tried to) about 4 times and no one ever gets back to us - I don’t know why anyone would choose to work with people who actively ignore potential clients. Shockingly poor.

As a tenant, I have been very happy with our most recent property manager, Katie Tucker, at the Cheltenham branch. Katie's communication and thoughtfulness have been very much appreciated, even though she is clearly working on behalf of the landlord.This has made for a better experience than I could have hoped for coming to the end of our 13-year tenancy at this house, which is about to be put up for sale. I am very grateful to Katie, and hope other tenants and landlords will benefit from her no-nonsense, clear communication and swift actions that have helped resolve issues (of which there have been a great many in the past few months!) sensibly and fairly for all. Thank you.

Moving house after 16 years in your own well-loved home to a brand new area is not something for the faint-hearted and it certainly felt like a scary step to be taking, specifically as we hadn't rented for over 25 years. Melanie from the Bath office has been instrumental in helping ease us into our beautiful rental property and has kept us informed and updated both before and after the move. Cannot recommend her service highly enough.

TrustpilotDon’t ever get locked into a tenancy by…
Don’t ever get locked into a tenancy by this lot with them backing you into a corner to not have a 6 month break clause within a lengthy contract! They’ll use every excuse under the sun to deter one being included into the contract. You’ll soon realise why one wasn’t offered. And unfortunately when your paying someone else’s mortgage and their getting their fee’s your then stuck renting a sub standard property and can’t get out those poor living conditions. You don’t know the sound pollution issues or other issues a property can have once your living that day in day out and paying for the pleasure. While they sleep in their beds comfortably. You purchase something online without experiencing its value and have a get out clause. Why a tenant has no right to leave a property that is not honest about from the start leaves me dumbfounded. Because that hell will affect your health for not only 6 months but for the rest of that tenancy without a 6 month clause. But they’ll make sure they have their clause. That if it suits the landlord to sell earlier than say a lengthy rental contract is up they’ll use that to their advantage and use the tenant to work around that knowing you want to leave. So they’ll let you leave if it suits them. And on their schedule only. After threatening you with scare tactics of hefty fines. There should be a law in place that all contracts have a 6 month break clause.

The current manger is quite new for us as he took over the roll of our previous manager who is on maternity leave. Daniel Johnson our new manager has been diligent and response quickly to any enquire we may have. As keep us well informed of any outstanding work or maintenance needed. Absolutely the worst agency I have worked with. Viewed a house with them while trying to find a place to rent in London, and the whole experience was unpleasant from start to finish. The agent who showed us the place was very uninterested and awkwardly stood on the corner as we went around the flat ourselves. After we made an offer, the agent who was working with us did not seem to have any answers for us, and made us wait a long time only to reject our offer despite us providing every single documentation necessary. Slightly racist undertones throughout the process, as he spelled my name wrong more times than I can count despite me specifying it in every text and email. No one seemed to be bothered to care.
