From start to finish - over the course of six months - he was supportive, communicative, and genuinely great to work with. As first-time buyers, we had a lot of questions, but Dan was always available to guide us through each step. GoogleKings have been brilliant from the start helping us find a rental property. Sam initially showed us round and was very knowledgeable of the property. Dominic has been dealing with the letting and had been fantastic. He even took in a parcel we had delivered a tad early! Everyone we have spoken to have been so friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Kings.

GoogleI cannot recommend Kings in Sevenoaks enough! Initially I called them just to do due diligence as we thought we had already found a good estate agent to sell our home. Sam was so helpful, knowledgeable and, most importantly, not pushy that we decided to instruct him. We are so pleased we did! The property was listed at a good but realistic price and sold very quickly. Sam and Dan are an absolute dream team! Always on the other end of the phone with non-judgemental help and advice. We attribute our stress free sale to them both and to the excellent solicitor who Sam recommended.

GoogleI would thoroughly recommend Kings Estate Agents in Sevenoaks. From the outset Sam was on the ball and very knowledgeable and experienced in marketing local properties. I could not fault the service given by both Sam and Dan from valuation through to sale and completion of my Mum’s house. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. A great, friendly team who were a pleasure to deal with.

GoogleI have worked with a few Estate Agents in my time - and have to say that Dan and Sam at Kings are the ultimate dream team. These Guys go the extra mile and have their fingers on the pulse throughout the entire selling process. Once on the market, my house had a burst pipe in the loft, of which a neighbour alerted me to. I being over one hour’s journey away from home, alerted Kings - and Dan came to my rescue by going over to my house and calling out a plumber to stop the water. By the time I turned up, Dan had mopped up and had buckets placed to catch the remaining drips coming through the ceiling. The house was eventually sorted through my Insurance company, and Kings put it back on the market, and again quickly succeeded in getting another offer and we completed the sale in good time. My Solicitor was not great - but fortunately for me I received better updates from Sam at Kings! These Guy’s care, are very knowledgeable, and do their upmost to get you the desired result. Highly recommended.

I, like all clients like precise, straightforward and honest communication - and Sam did exactly this from day one in order to sell our property in central Sevenoaks. Sam provided advice on pricing, how to market the property and flawlessly negotiated the sale. We achieved our best offer price with the first and only set of viewings via an open house day. Sam clearly knew and understood the profile of potential buyers - those who were able to move quickly and were also keen to secure a quick sale. We couldn't have asked for more! As the property was rented, Sam also liaised with our tenants throughout and they were able to secure another rental property in a timely manner.

The purchasers of mums house also said that they wished they had used kings, as they weren’t that impressed by the estate agents that they had used

Everyone was very friendly, communication was good, and we were given lots of solid information about the state of the market so that we could set our expectations appropriately. Best of all, King's promoted our house well and it sold in the timescale that we hoped for a price which was very acceptable.

GoogleI highly recommend using Kings Sevenoaks to sell your property. Sam most especially dealt with much of our sale and is so friendly and professional, helpful and most importantly not ‘pushy’. Giving you time and space to decide but always there for you with great advice. Dan too was amazing. Long story short , we were under offer on the first viewing! The whole transaction went smoothly. GoogleI have used Kings in Meopham and Borough Green in the past and been very satisfied with the service. By chance I have just completed a sale/purchase with Kings Sevenoaks and I was really impressed with everyone at that office too. Due to the inefficiency of a solicitor further down the chain, what should have been a fairly straightforward process turned into a nightmare towards the end but Daniel, Sam and Louise did everything they could to iron out problems and keep me informed about progress. Throughout they were totally professional, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I was very grateful for everything they did to support me. Also, at one stage the whole office had Covid and the staff at Borough Green took over briefly. The service was just as good from that team.
