Poor negotiators, more for buyers than sellers as only after the commission which is high. Placed a family barn on the market & they won with high value then drop 7% after a year not selling then another 3% for good measure, whilst issuing buyer demands for un needed repairs etc-still unsold and the owner, my widow stressed. Avoid.

GoogleJemima camly and successfully steered the sale of my mother's property with completion done within 7 months. Communication was excellent from the very start of the process and it was very much appreciated following the first lockdown, to talk to a person and for Covid not to interfere with their professional service.
