From the moment we arrived, she was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. It felt like a very personal and attentive service rather than a transactional one, which made a big difference. Rose was easy to talk to, offered helpful insight into the local market, and made the whole process feel straightforward and positive. Hi called up to speak to a professional about selling my property, I spoke to Paddi Denvir who was able to help me navigate easily through my queries and provide a real professional and gold star service that I’ve not encountered with other agents (ever). There were no smoke and mirrors, I got facts and the full story in a professional model but with a human factor which in that industry I have never experienced. Paddi is a credit to the industry and Hamptons are better for having inspirational staff like this who I am sure adds to the value of the business and other colleagues.

Very grateful thanks to all that Sarah Lakeman and her team achieved with our house sale with a special shout out to Christian Bigwood. What can I say - the brief version is that without Hamptons and Paddi Denvir in particular we know we would not have managed to exchange when we did. Impossible to conceive of getting through these transactions without stress, but we are so grateful to Paddi and the team for taking so much of that stress on for us and pushing this through, it made a huge difference. Real transactions specialists are hard to find. Highly highly recommended - and I'm afraid that is the first time I've felt that way after 6 house moves :) Well done to this team !

The Hamptons Sevenoaks Letting Team has provided a fully managed letting service for my property for the last 10 years. I have found their professionalism, expertise and support invaluable; especially in dealing with the expectations of very demanding tenants. Over the years, the team (Mark, Rose, Calum & Daisy) has been successful at minimising the gaps between tenancies by crisp marketing, clear communications and well-structured documentation processes. During tenancies, the team has dealt promptly & efficiently with issues raised by our tenants and escalated any issues for my attention in a timely manner. Hamptons has access to a good pool of trusted contractors who can be engaged to attend to any issues at my property, to ensure any inconvenience to my tenants is minimised. Most recently, I have had cause to draw upon the centralised expertise of the Hamptons’ Dilapidations Team (especially Gemma), who have been able to guide me through the initial process of requesting compensation for the damage caused to my property by the tenants who vacated earlier this year. I have never had cause to use this process before, so their professional & considered guidance on initiating the process has been invaluable. We then had some unforeseen issues with our own sale, and Christian and Laura were amazing at keeping all parties in the chain engaged and communicating. They were always available for advice and really understood the pressures each party was facing and were instrumental in getting the deals done in as short a timeframe as possible.
