Unprofessional, incompetent, lazy and deceitful, I may have been unluck but 2 out of the 4 people I spoke to at JR Hoppers demonstrated utter lack of the basic and simple skills needed to work never mind in a professional office.
I'm saddened to read this. We pride ourselves on good customer service and it seems like we have let you down in this instance. Further information was requested so that we could identify who you were, to validate your account and to understand what went so wrong. I'm sorry you feel that it is a waste of your time to provide such information, but I'm thankful you did spare the time to update your review to say so.

Happy to take your money and let you live in mouldy conditions. No customer care at all. Always on the side of the landlord. Empty promises of maintenance.

I stand by our team, who I feel did the best they could to resolve your issues before ultimately negotiating you an early exit from the tenancy.
