Wanted a valuation on a lodge and then decided 24 hours later that they don’t do them anymore! Why it took so long to understand that I don’t know. They blamed the new person in the office but it should have been picked up sooner. Not acceptable.
Checked Rightmove and they listed one on 29/11/2025 in Flaxey. No mention on the website about them not selling Lodges
Based on their response - yes we make mistakes but why put someone so new taking bookings like that, they should be passed on to someone more experienced and then why does it take 24 hours to realise that mistake and yes it is any persons right to leave a one star review, especially when they have been inconvenienced.
Good old YOPA who are CHEAPER and more helpful have now assisted me.

It was a genuine mistake by a new member on our Team.
The Lodges on Flaxley Road are permanent residency's (you can live in them 12 months a year and you don’t require a second UK address).
We are sorry to have wasted your time and disappointed that you felt the need to leave us a one star review (but we fully understand that it’s your prerogative), because a human being has made a genuine mistake.

During the sale & purchase process (which took about 4 months), I didn't have to phone Park Row once, they kept me informed at every step and did all the chasing for me. The staff are all great and they managed to sell our property for more than the asking price in just 2 weeks.
