GoogleWe have been struggling to find a house for a while now and have some bad experiences with the house buying. Since the first phone call with Carole I think her name was she was fantastic! We then dealt with Charlotte who has also been fantastic. Very speedy with everything. Would definitely recommend their services!

The team were always helpful and professional in every step, quick responses to any emails and questions which I had. All steps were explained in detail and the team were quick in updating me with everything. I would definitely recommend this estate agent and its lovely team .

As first time buyers they were so good at explaining each step and keeping us updated with everything. We would definitely recommend working with this lovely team.

GoogleThe JP team are absolutely amazing! We certainly wouldn't have moved house without them. The team are so helpful and friendly all the way through the whole process. A special big big thank you to Lynda who made a stressful time much easier to cope with and for being there at the end of the phone for any questions and help needed. Thank you for your review Jess. Lots of estate agents out source the sales progression process nowadays but we prefer to keep it all in house - Lynda's department. There is nobody with more experience than her in our area.

GoogleI cannot recommend this estate agents enough. We had a tricky purchase but the whole team made it as smooth as it could possibly be from start to finish. The initial viewing was with James who handled negotiations brilliantly to then be passed to Lynda for the rest of the transaction who honestly could not have done enough for me, the whole team truly went above and beyond and made a very stressful time that little bit better.

GoogleI would highly recommend JPHarll estate agent for both selling and buying a home. Their customer service is exceptional and all staff are very friendly and efficient. They go above and beyond to make sure you are kept informed of all steps of the proceedings and immediately chase up any concerns or queries to ensure a smooth and quick sale. They are a very trusting company to use. The write up on your home and the pictures that they take for the brochures are fantastic. Excellent value for money, and very competitively priced fees. If you are thinking of selling your home, do not hesitate to use this family run business, you will not be disappointed. Their customer satisfaction is clearly of their utmost importance. I will never use another agent again!

GoogleFantastic estate agent. Everyone very personable. Felt like a local agent with local knowledge but also personally invested in my sale and at the cutting edge of technology. Their simple feedback mechanism meant we got 100% feedback from viewings (vs 10% from the previous agent). They negotiated the price up well. Very importantly to me, the phone was always answered.
